Milanet also supports schools with office based technical support. In most cases we can resolve issues without needing a school visit. Our remote management capabilities enable us to carry out the majority of support tasks including software deployment. Failing that we can ensure a site visit is arranged at a time that suits you.
Milanet staff that visit schools are fully DBS checked. We maintain a health and safety policy covering all our work and we are fully insured. We value the safety of children and comply with all Local Authority requirements and guidelines.
